We are currently recruiting on behalf of a small independent practice in Northamptonshire, who are looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their 2 Vet team.
• Small independent practice in Northamptonshire
• To be part of a 2 Vet team, supported by 3 RVNs and reception staff
• Full time, 1:3 Saturdays, no out of hours
The Practice:
Our client was established in August 2001 and it was the first dedicated 100% small animal practice in the area aiming to provide high standards of care for pets and their owners in a modern, friendly environment.
They understand that your pets are part of your family and that their health and wellbeing are very important to you. They aim to give you the best possible advice on how to keep your pets happy and healthy.
Facilities within the practice include 2 fully equipped consulting rooms, a sterile operating theatre, a preparation room housing the x-ray, ultrasound, dental and laboratory equipment, an isolation ward and a main kennel area.
The Role:
This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 2x 9.00-19.00 and 8.30-17.00 the rest of the week.
Weekends are 1:3 8.30-12.00 + inpatient checks (rarely)
There are no out of hours involved
To qualify for this position you must be experienced, enthusiastic and practice to a high standard. Active case discussion is encouraged.
