We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established, family-owned veterinary practice based in South Wales, around half an hour from Cardiff. 

They are looking for a permanent small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their practice to help with the practice’s growing client base. 

The Practice:
This is a small family run independent practice based in South Wales. The practice currently has 1 full-time vet, 1 part-time vet, and three nurses, due to their growing client base they are now looking for a full-time vet to join the practice. The practice has recently undergone a full refurbishment, fully equipped with all the modern technology including an ultrasound, digital X-ray. The team thrives on working with clients and has a real community feel. 

The Role:
This is a full-time role and the hours are flexible, however, 40 hours per week is preferable. You will be working around 4 days per week between the hours of 8.30am -6.30/7.30pm. The weekend rota is 2:4 Saturday mornings but no out of hour requirements. 

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have 2 years or more experience, who is approachable, kind and responsible for their own work, and be prepared to muck in and help the team out. The practice manager is open to speak with anyone interested in improving the business, making improvements and expanding the client base further.
