We have a fantastic opportunity for a small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a lovely practice in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. They are looking for a candidate with good general surgical and medical skills to join them on a permanent basis.
The Practice:
This a friendly, independent practice serving clients and pets in the local area since 70s. They offer large waiting rooms, consulting rooms, modern theatres, plus a dedicated preparation and dental procedure room, an ultrasound machine, blood pressure measurement equipment and an extensive laboratory. They believe in taking the time to explain treatment options and doing their very best for clients and their pets.
The Role:
This is a full-time role working 4.5 or 4 days/ week negotiable, but applications would also be welcome from part time candidates.
The practice is open 8am-7pm, so you will be working shifts within these hours. Saturdays will be worked on a rota basis, as well as 1:6 or 7 OOH.
The practice is proud to offer their own OOH service; to be there for their loyal clients when needed most.

The practice is seeking a team player, with fantastic communication skills. The ideal candidate will have good general surgical and medical skills, with a strong customer focus and the ability to build good relationships with regular clients.
