We are currently recruiting on behalf of an independent practice in Liverpool who is looking for a small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their team, on a full-time permanent basis.
The Practice:
They are an independent small animal practice that is on a single site, which means that they can offer a range of in-house services.
Facilities include separate Vet and Nurse consulting rooms, prep room, theatre, X-Ray, in-house lab, separate dog and cat wards.
The role is to work alongside 1 other experienced Vet and 3 RVNs.
The Role:
This is a full-time position working 4.5 days per week, either 8.30-18.30 (last consult at 6 pm) with 1 x half day.
The weekends are on a rota basis of 1:3 Saturday, working 9.00-12.00. There are no out of hours involved in this role.
The Candidate:
To qualify for this position you must be comfortable in performing consults and routine ops unassisted.
There is support available onsite, but while one Vet is consulting the other is operating.
You must be friendly and approachable, and the practice is a very close-knit team.

To qualify for this position, you must be fully registered with the RCVS and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
