We are working with a client based in the Mansfield area of Shropshire that is looking to recruit a full or part-time small animal Veterinary Surgeon on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Vet with strong medical knowledge to join a supportive team.
The Practice:
Our clients’ practice is a fully equipped with two consult rooms, in-house laboratory, blood machines, X-ray, theatre and ultrasound facilities. The practice is only ten minutes away from our clients’ 24-hour hospital and referral centre where you will have access to further facilities. The practice is based close to the picturesque Shropshire Hill which is perfect for country walks.
You will join our clients’ knowledgeable and skilled vet and a group of experienced nurses and support staff. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic team player and have a passion for delivering outstanding care to your patients, as well as a first-class service to your clients.
The Role:
This is a full or part-time permanent position, working alongside 1 vet and 6 experienced nurses and support staff. The exact working pattern is to be confirmed along with any out of hours and weekend requirements.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have strong medical knowledge. You may be a certificate holder or wish to work towards one. Good communication skills are a must, alongside confidence and a can-do approach.
