We are currently working with a state of the art, expanding practice. The practice is looking to recruit an ambitious, forward-thinking, small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their dynamic team based in Bristol.
The Practice:
The practice is a high-quality veterinary healthcare provider, offering a full range of affordable small animal veterinary services to customers. They offer a range of clinical services from preventative healthcare through to complex medical, surgical and orthopaedic procedures. The practice has superb, highly spacious, purpose-built surroundings with multiple operating theatres, six consulting rooms, digital x-ray and an up-to-date Idexx in-house laboratory. They also have an experienced team of 8 Vets and see a varied caseload including Small animals, exotics and Birds of Prey.
The Role:
This is a permanent full-time post with a varied rota, with hours between 07:30 am to 16:30 pm, 08:00 am to 17:00 pm, 10:00 am to 19:00 pm & 12:00 pm to 21:00 pm. 1:4 weekends; Saturday and Sunday 08:00 am -17:00 pm or 09:00 am -18:00 pm working the opposite shift the next day. The practice offers a great opportunity for an experienced vet (min 4 yrs.) to join a supportive team and progress their careers, skills and knowledge. This role is at a busy practice with a mixed varied caseload.
In return, the practice is offering a competitive salary (DOE). Pension after probation is 5% contribution by the company, with no contribution from the employee.
