We are currently recruiting on behalf of a lovely independent practice in the Swale District of Kent, who are looking for a small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their team ASAP.
The Practice:
Our client has been providing excellent veterinary care in Kent since the 40s where they then relocated to a purpose-built, modern centre in the 90s.
The practice takes pride in providing veterinary care for a wide range of animals including cats, dogs, horses and farm animals. Their team of 10 veterinary surgeons, nurses and reception staff provides a friendly and compassionate service with a wide range of skills and interests.
Their modern surgical and diagnostic equipment includes In-house laboratory for quick accurate blood and urine testing, digital radiography, ultrasonography, and endoscopy.
The Role:
This is full-time working Monday-Friday on a rota basis, with Saturday rota of 1:3 working 8.00-13.00, with no out of hours or sole charge responsibilities.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate would have around 2 years post graduate experience and would be competent in all routine surgery and consults. If you were interested in working towards a certificate, this would be supported and encouraged.
In return, the practice can offer a really competitive salary (DOE) + 20 days holiday + Bank Holiday + £1000 CPD allowance.
