We are currently recruiting on behalf of a modern, comfortable and well-equipped practice based in Portsmouth, they are looking for an ambitious Veterinary Surgeon to join their team on a Permanent basis.
Our client is based in the historic and coastal city of Portsmouth. They provide the highest standards of medical and surgical care, with a full range of diagnostic equipment and modern surgical facilities (including a digital X-ray, ultrasound, Endoscopy, ECG, Laboratory tests, Investigating, dental and orthopaedics etc). They pride themselves on providing exemplary professional client care through close teamwork in modern professional practices and treating their clients' pets as they would their own and will treat every client like a valued friend.
The position is full-time on a rota basis working Monday to Friday 4 ½ days per week, with 1 in 4 weekends working Saturday mornings 8.00 am -12.00 pm and No out of hours. You will be joining a team of 4 Vets, 5 RVN’s 3 SRN’s and 3 Receptionists. The rota is a flexible rota with both theatre and consults distributed fairly amongst the vet, with some branch work required.
The ideal candidate will have a sense of humour, be a good communicator and be an enthusiastic team player and have a passion for delivering outstanding care to your patients as well as first-class service to your clients.
In return our client is offering a competitive salary dependant on experience with a CPD allowance, RCVS and BSVA fees paid. The practice is ideally looking for someone with 18 months + experience but will accept an excellent new graduate. Accommodation is available if relocating whilst you get settled in.
