An exciting permanent opportunity has arisen for a highly-motivated mixed practice Veterinary Surgeon to join our clients friendly, community-based independent practice, based between Northampton and Milton Keynes on a full-time basis.
Our clients' are an RCVS accredited Small animal and farm practice, who are an enthusiastic and friendly veterinary team servicing the people and animals based between Northampton and Milton Keynes. They pride themselves on their long-term professional relationships with their clients and animals. They are well equipped with their Digital X-Ray, Ultrasound, diagnostic testing facilities, In-house lab and dental with plans for a new building agreed. The Excellent and supportive team of 3 Vets, 4 VN’s and support staff aim to give the best possible care and attention to their clients and their pets.
The position is full time on a rota basis, with 1:4 weekends working Saturday mornings, they have an equally shared 1:4 rota for out of hours farm work, with no out of hours small animal emergency work.
The ideal candidate will be highly-motivated, multi-skilled, enthusiastic and client led. In return the practice are offering a competitive salary dependent on experience, with Fully supported and funded CPD, generous company pension and professional fees fully paid by practice.
Experience is preferred but conscientious new graduate considered.
Role: Permanent Veterinary Surgeon
Start: February start
Hours: Full time, rota basis
Weekends: 1 in 4 Saturday mornings
Out of hours: 1 in 4 Farm work, No small animal oohs
Sole charge: Some
Salary: Competitive dependent on experience
