We are currently recruiting on behalf of a busy practice based on the Leicestershire/Lincolnshire border. They are looking for a small animal veterinary surgeon to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Company:
The practice is a privately owned independent practice which has been established since the 1970’s. Over the years they have become a very busy trusted practice who now have 2 branches in the area. Both of their branches are fully equipped with modern surgical and diagnostic equipment, and due to expansion, they are now looking to recruit another Vet.

The practice currently has 4 Vets, 4 Nurses, and an excellent support team.

The Role:
This is a full-time permanent position working 38 hours a week. There are 3 full days, 1 early finish and 1 half day per week.
There are no OOH and weekends are on a rota basis of 1:5 Saturdays only. When a Saturday is worked a day off in lieu is given the following week.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be competent with routine surgery and be an excellent communicator. New graduates will also be considered.

Salary: £30,000 -£45,000

To qualify for this position you must be fully registered with the RCVS and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
