Our client is looking to recruit a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon on a permanent basis to start at their practice in Southern Hampshire, close to the border with West Sussex.

The Practice
Our clients' group of practices which includes nurse training sites with comprehensive diagnostic and surgical facilities. The practice you will be working at is also a registered veterinary hospital which means it is staffed 24 hours a day. Their other sites are smaller clinics offering an appointment system, these clinics refer casework to the larger clinics if required.

Their clinics feature a wide range of diagnostic and surgical facilities, including State of the art digital x-ray services, gold standard radiography with the ability to email plates for quick diagnosis and referral. In-house blood tests: Biochemistry and haematology for rapid results. Endoscopy, blood pressure monitoring, extensive hospitalisation facilities and sterile operating theatres.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a large busy practice with a really great team of 10 Vets and a team of nurses.

This is a full-time position working 4.5 days per week, with a weekend rota that includes -
3:9 Saturday morning and 1:9 Saturday all day.

The out of hours rota includes -
1:9 week of nights - starting Saturday pm until the following Saturday am (with Mon-Fri daytime off)
