Our client has a successful, modern practice based in Oxford and they are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated third vet to join them to support their continuous growth. They experience a complex and varied caseload with a large proportion of insured clients.
They are looking for a small animal veterinary surgeon to join them on a full or part time permanent basis (min of 20 hours).
The Client
They are a friendly and welcoming team consisting of 2 vets, 1 veterinary care assistant, and 3 receptionists. They encourage individual interests and support CPD. The surgery has state of the art facilities including in-house lab, orthopaedic equipment, and digital X-ray.
The Role
Our client is able to offer full or part time hours for their new colleague. If you are interested in the full-time role this will include a 1 in 3-weekend rota.
However, there is no weekend rota for the part time position (20-30 hours across Monday to Friday only).
You will be comfortable with some sole charge responsibility and there are no OOH requirements.
The Candidate
You will be confident in all aspects of everyday small animal medicine and surgery including lab result interpretation, internal medicine, and ultrasound. You will be skilled in building strong relationships with patients and clients and you will enjoy working in a team environment.

- Salary between £30,000 and £50,000 depending on experience (pro rata)

To qualify for this position you must be fully registered with the RCVS and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
