We are working with a client with a farm practice based in Derby, who are looking to recruit a permanent farm Veterinary Surgeon to join their TB testing team on a full-time basis.
The practice:
The farm team consists of 10 skilled, enthusiastic and dedicated farm only Vets carrying out routine preventative health visits, farm data analysis and 24-hour emergency cover.
The practice has a long history of over 20 years of excellent service to farm clients far and wide throughout Derbyshire, Staffordshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Birmingham.
The Role:
This is a full-time role, to start ASAP. You will be joining a team of 2 TB testers.
You would be working a 34 hour week over 4 days. Shifts would be 8.5 hour days.
The role would involve no weekends or OOH
The Candidate:
To qualify for this position you must be RCVS registered. The practice would be happy to put a Vet through the relevant qualification to TB test if you don’t already have this.
In return, our client is offering a salary of £24 000 + Car or £1500 car allowance + 20 days holiday + Bank holiday + £800 CPD
To qualify for this position, you must be fully registered with the RCVS and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
