Ella Snowball

I am the CEO and Co-Founder of Recruit4vets. After leaving Harrogate Ladies College I went onto study Biology at University. I turned my eyes to recruitment and still having an interest in medical science I focused on medical recruitment at The RSG Group and opened up their Leeds office supplying locum doctors to the NHS. I decided to take the risk and start my own medical recruitment company in 2002 supplying locum doctors to the NHS and locum medical staff to the MOD, in 2005 we moved into the veterinary sector and established Recruit4vets.
