Facilities: The practice is based on the corner of a beautiful parade of shops and restaurants, with a lovely cosy garden area for lunch breaks. They have a loyal client base and well-equipped surgery operating 4 days a week including routine procedures, dental, and imaging, our nurses also have their own consult room.
Team: Across the group, they have a dedicated team of 4 Vets (soon to be 6), 5 Nurses, 2 ANAs, 2 Practice Managers, 3 Receptionists & an Administrator.
Role: We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join the supportive and close-knit team. You will be the sole RVN on site however you will have plenty of support to allow you to thrive in this role working on a rotation between Ops, Consultations, and Inpatient Care. They encourage progression, and development and welcome new ideas and ways of working.
Hours: They would welcome both full and part-time applicants. Typically, their RVNs work full-time, carrying out a 40-hour week over 4 or 5 days. However, they know that everyone has demands and priorities outside of their career and they want to make it brilliantly easy for you to strike the right balance therefore they can discuss and offer condensed hours/days that work for you and can consider term-time only hours also. There are no OOH.
Salary: Up to £38,000 DOE plus benefits
