After leaving Harrogate Ladies College I went onto study Biology at the University of Brighton. I turned my eyes to recruitment consultancy and within 5 years I became branch manager at City Catering in Leeds. Still having an interest in medical science I moved on to focus on medical recruitment at The RSG Group and opened up their Leeds office for medical staff. I decided to take the risk and start my own medical recruitment company in 2002.
