Job Title: Clinical Director

Location: Although based in Berkshire, the practice is based in an area that is considered part of the Greater London Urban Area, making it within the London commuter belt. 

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)

Hours:

  • 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days,
  • 1:6 Saturdays (8:30 - 16:30)
  • No OOH. 

The Candidate:

  • The practice is seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Director to join their friendly and supportive team.
  • Your role will involve the management and delivery of clinical activities and financial performance within the practice, working closely with the Head of Region and central support teams.
  • The focus is on delivering the best possible service, support, and outcomes for patients, clients, and colleagues.

The Team:

  • You will be joining a fantastic team of 6 Vets, 10 RVNs, 2 SVNs, 2 PCAs, and a dedicated support and client care team.
  • The team has a wide range of interests, including internal medicine, surgery, fear-free approaches, and feline medicine.
  • The practice encourages further qualifications and study across the team.
