The Deputy Head Nurse will assist the Head Nurse in enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, governance, and continuous improvement of clinical activities within the surgery.

Working Hours & Flexibility:
Full-time nurses typically work a 4-day week, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
Each shift is 9 hours long, encompassing consulting, inpatient, and surgical duties.
Weekend rota follows a 1-in-4 pattern.
Flexible working patterns are available to accommodate individual needs, ensuring a balanced setup.
Salary: The salary range for this role is between £29,000-£34,000 p/a - reflective of skills and experience
