Role: They would like to welcome an enthusiastic and experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to their team. This is a great role for you to lead a Clinical team but focus on the clinical with fantastic support from the practice manager and owners with other management responsibilities. You can have a surgical bias and any specialisms will be supported 

Duties: In this pivotal role, you will work closely with their Practice Owners and be supported by their skilled Practice Manager and clinical team to deliver high-quality veterinary care to patients and clients and mentor junior vets to fulfill their potential within the practice.

Hours: Full-time, working 4 days a week and 1 in 3 Saturdays, with no Sundays or OOH 

Applicant Requirements: Ideally, you would have experience in more complicated surgical and medical cases to support the more junior members of the team. As Lead Vet, you’ll share innovative ideas with the practice partners to enhance performance and care standards, in addition to collaborating with the Practice Owners and Manager to drive the practice forward.

Salary: They are offering a Competitive Salary of up to £80,000 per annum, with twice-annual reviews
