The Role:
- The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality veterinary care to patients and clients.
- They will also mentor junior vets to fulfil their potential within the practice.
- The role requires experience in more complicated surgical and medical cases to support the more junior members of the team.
- As Lead Vet, the candidate will share innovative ideas with the practice partners to enhance performance and care standards, and collaborate with the Practice Owners and Manager to drive the practice forward.
- Work-life Balance: 4-day work week, 1 in 3 Saturdays, no Sundays or Out of Hours (OOH) requirements
