An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Veterinary Surgeon to join a dedicated team in Penzance, Cornwall. The practice is conveniently located minutes from the seafront and is well-equipped to handle small animal cases.
About The Practice and Team:
The team, composed of 2 vets, 4 RVNs, 1 SVN, and a committed reception/admin team, is known for treating their patients as if they were their own. This approach has earned them a proactive and loyal client base who appreciate their 15-minute consultations. The practice is also proud of its environmental consciousness, having been the first veterinary practice to be awarded “plastic-free” status by Surface Against Sewage. They are also RCVS PSS accredited at the GP level.
About The Role:
The role offers a varied experience, including consulting and surgery, with no out-of-hours work.
The hours are negotiable for the right candidate, but typically range between 20-30 hours per week plus a share of Saturday morning rota.
The salary ranges from £30,000 - £45,000 per year (FTE), reflective of skills and experience.
