Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join its hospital team based in the Horsham District, West Sussex. This independent, multi-site practice is known for its commitment to clinical excellence, compassionate care, and strong team culture.

The Role
- This position is based in one of their Hospital Practices, with occasional support required at other branches.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in first opinion and referral care, gaining experience in medical and surgical cases, advanced diagnostic imaging, and rehabilitation.
- They encourage professional development, supporting interests in clinical coaching, leadership, or further qualifications.
Working Hours & Rota
- 4-day work week (10-hour shifts: 7:30 am-6:30 pm, 8:00 am-7:00 pm, or 8:30 am-7:30 pm)
- 40-hour weekly schedule with a 1-hour lunch break
- Shared daytime inpatient care and emergency cover on weekends and bank holidays (with two days off in lieu)
- No out-of-hours work, except as an emergency backup (rarely required)
Candidate Requirements
- They are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RCVS) with a valid driving licence

Salary: They are offering an excellent salary of between £26,000 and £33,000 per annum, depending on experience
