​An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a multiple award-winning practice in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. The practice is RCVS-accredited and has a silver-accredited cat-friendly status.

About The Team:

The successful candidate will join a dedicated team consisting of practice owners with over 13 and 22 years of experience, respectively, a practice manager who is a Mental Health First Aider, another competent vet, a team of nurses, a veterinary care assistant, and three client care advisors. The practice is continuously growing and handles a variety of interesting surgical and medical cases.

About The Role:

The role is ideally full-time with shift patterns of 09:00-17:00 and 11:00-19:00, with 1 in 3 Saturdays from 09:00-17:00. However, the practice is open to discussing alternative arrangements for those seeking more flexibility. The role allows 20-minute vet consultations with the last appointment at 18:306, ensuring the day ends on time. Admin time, tea breaks, and a protected lunch break are built into the schedule.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable in sole charge, possess a broad range of GP skills, and be an excellent communicator and team player.
