A well-established, 24-hour RCVS Accredited Veterinary Hospital and Emergency Service Centre in Leeds is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join their multi-disciplinary team of 70 colleagues in a newly created full-time role focused on Dentistry and Anaesthesia.

Hours: 40 hours per week over 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) and 1 in 4 weekends
Key Responsibilities:
Providing anaesthetic support for surgeries (both general and referral) and dental procedures
Coordinating dental clinics and overseeing the IM3 purpose-built Dental Suite
Performing dentals (including Schedule 3 procedures) and ensuring high-quality nursing support
Working closely with a Postgraduate Certificate Veterinary Surgeon in Dentistry to grow and develop the practice’s dental services
Managing dental referrals, bookings, and client communications
Maintaining dental equipment and restocking consumables
Leading in-house staff training and CPD sessions on dentistry and dental care
Running nurse-led dental clinics, including post-op checks and client education on oral health
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified RVN with a passion for dentistry
Working towards or already holding a nursing certificate in Dentistry
Experience in full-mouth dental radiography is essential
Knowledge of advanced dental procedures (e.g., interdental wiring, temporary crown extensions) is beneficial but not required
Enthusiastic about client education and expanding dental services
Salary: They are offering a competitive salary of between £30,000 - £32,000 p/a (DOE) that is reflective of skills and experience
