This thriving practice consists of twelve highly skilled veterinarians who provide exceptional care to a discerning clientele. Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, the practice ensures comprehensive medical and surgical treatment, given the geographical constraints on referrals.
The Candidate:
- While certification is not a prerequisite, candidates with a special interest in medicine or surgery will be highly regarded.

- The practice is preparing to launch an expansive new facility in 2025/2026, offering an exciting opportunity to be involved in this significant project.
- Candidates with an understanding of veterinary practice finances and a drive to enhance business operations will be at a distinct advantage. Additionally, Clinical Directors will be involved in planning and potentially overseeing aspects of the upcoming hospital project.
- The practice is also open to accommodate a couple, with flexible working options available for a Clinical Director’s partner.
The Role:
- This role is primarily clinical, structured around a four-day workweek with allocated time for managerial responsibilities.
- Clinical Directors play a key role in the daily operations of the business, influencing strategic decisions, guiding the practice’s growth, and managing inquiries from various departments.
- This position provides a unique opportunity for an experienced veterinarian to contribute to the practice's development, shape clinical services, and mentor the team. There is also the flexibility to take on specific business areas of interest.
- Regular engagement with the Business Development Director and senior management team ensures insight into the wider veterinary group, offering opportunities to provide feedback on both clinical and operational matters.
