4 day week

1 in 4 weekends

35 hours/week split over 4 days (2 early shifts and 2 later shifts), then weekends are Sat 8-16:30 and Sunday 9-12:30 (although they will be reducing Saturday hours in a couple of weeks).

Mix of dispensary, consults, theatre, ward shifts.
