Job Title: Locum Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN)

Location: Gainsborough, Lincolnshire

Speciality: Small Animal Referral Practice - Ortho and Neuro

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: Ongoing

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm

Weekends: None

Out of Hours: None

Sole Charge: No

Branch Work: Not Required

Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in orthopaedic and neurological procedures

- Provide inpatient care and monitoring

- Administer medications and anaesthesia under direction

- Maintain accurate clinical records

- Support post-operative recovery and rehabilitation

- Ensure high standards of hygiene and infection control

Requirements:

- RCVS-registered RVN

- Previous experience in a referral or surgical setting preferred

- Confident with anaesthesia and inpatient care

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Able to work independently and under pressure
