Role: Referral Theatre Nurse (Fixed 12 month contract or 3 Month Locum block cover)

Hours: Alternate weeks of either 8am-4pm or 10.30am-6.30pm however every 8 weeks they would be required to cover a week of 9am-5pm and every 13 weeks there would be a week of 2pm-10pm.
OOH: No
WE: There are Saturdays included on a 1:9 rota but these are paid at £100 extra and they can chose to swap them out or do extras.

Computer: RX works
Accommodation: Possible. No pets.
Vehicle: Not required for role
Other info: The position is based in theatre monitoring anaesthetics for complex soft tissue, orthopaedic and ophthalmology cases as well as taking x-rays and carrying out general nursing duties perioperatively.
The right candidate would be working alongside 2 orthopaedic surgeons, 1 soft tissue surgeon, 2 surgical registrars, a referral theatre nurse team of 7 other nurses and 5 referral wards nurses as well as a full 1st opinion team of vets and nurses. The nurses are given a lot of responsibility and the opportunity to utilise their nursing skills.
Skills: 3 years qualified for the 12 months fixed contract salary would be circa £22k
