Locum Vet - Newcastle - ASAP - Ongoing

- End Date: Ongoing, whilst they recruit
- Hours: They are looking for full-time, part-time and ooh only locums. Full days, half days, 2,3,4, or 5 day weeks will be considered. Hours between 08:00-18:45
- Breaks: A lunch break is not always guaranteed, some days they may have half an hour, whereas some days they could have a 2-hour break, depends on emergencies, staff shortages, etc. They advise taking lunch/snacks into work just in case
- Branch Work: Could work at any of 8 practices, sometimes at multiple practices in a week
- Skills/Exp: Must be capable of working Sole Charge with both Consults and Routine Operations
- Weekends: TBC
- OOHs: They do have their own OOH and on-call rota, however, if locums are happy to be on standby due to sickness/holiday cover, that’s always appreciated
- Sole Charge: Must be confident at working alone as some practices only require 1 vet
- Accommodation: They can provide a vehicle and/or accommodation - Happy for pets to be in the accommodation
- Vehicle: Can be provided, however, if you are using your own vehicle you must have business insurance
- Pay Rate: Negotiable / Dependent on Experience
