Role: Locum Veterinary Surgeon x2

Type: Small Animal

Location: Oakham, Leicestershire

Start Date: 21st December

End Date: 7th February

Hours: Full-time - there will be OOH, 1:4 with just one locum, dropping to 1:5 with both locums – 1 night during the week, and 1 weekend in 4 or 5. Weekend starts at 6 pm Friday, finishes at 8 am Monday; supported by RVN who takes the phone

Skills/Experience: Experienced in both medicine and surgery

Sole Charge: You may need to support a graduate clinician on OOH – if this occurs, the GC is the first ‘responder’ and will call the duty vet for back-up/guidance when required.

Branch Work: No

Accommodation: Available either on-site/off-site (7 mins drive from practice) and shared (if 2 locums); sorry, no pets

Pay Rate: Negotiable / Dependent on Experience
