• Usual rota - 4 days per week:
• Mon / Weds / Fri - 9am - 7pm (last appt 18.45pm) at Greenford and either a Tues or Thursday - 8.30am- 4pm at Ruislip/Greenford and 1 day off ( possibly can offer 5 days a week on some weeks if the rota demands) 
• Sole charge
• Weekend Dates require cover for are:
• Saturday 30th July : ( 9am - 12noon) at Greenford
• Saturday 13th August: ( 9am - 12noon) at Greenford
• Saturday 3rd / Sunday 4th Sept - full weekend  
• Accommodation: Flat above the surgery if needed.
• Independent Practice
