We are recruiting on behalf of our client who is looking for an experienced small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their recently refurbished practice based in the Brentwood area of Essex. This is a Clinical Director position where the ideal candidate will either have experience of or an interest in the business side of veterinary practice.
The Practice
This practice has recently expanded to accommodate its increasing client base. There is now a dedicated floor for exotics, with all the usual equipment that includes digital X-ray, ultrasound and an in-house laboratory.
The Role:
This is a full-time permanent position for an experienced Vet to take on the role of Clinical Director. There is no out of hours work and weekends are on a rota with time off in lieu. In return, our client is offering an excellent package, depending on experience, that includes:-

The Candidate:
You should be passionate about providing excellent client and patient care, helping others realise their potential and being instrumental in the growth of the business. An interest in internal medicine is advantageous but not essential. Experience of the business side of veterinary practice is an advantage but not a necessity but an interest in this is essential.
