Permanent Full-Time Veterinary Surgeon - Woking

We are working with an established practice in Woking, Surrey, that is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Practice:

Situated on the outskirts of the M25, with excellent train and motorway links (just 25 minutes into central London), the practice offers a full range of treatments and services from health checks to emergency operations. The Partner and Veterinary Surgeon leads a friendly and talented team of 4.5 Vets, 5 RVNs, 1 Veterinary Care Assistant and a strong team of Receptionists, all of whom are committed to providing a one-stop veterinary practice and providing great veterinary care to all of their clients.

The Role and Candidate:

This is a full time role covering 40 hours per week. Sole charge is only required at the weekends, of which you will be working 1 in 4, and there is no OOH's ensuring a healthy work/life balance. Ideally they would like a either a surgical vet or someone more medical led, to ensure they can provide all round care to their clients. You should be personable and forward-thinking, be confident with routine medical and surgical cases and able to perform all neuterings and routine procedures independently. You will enjoy building strong relationships with patients and clients, and you will be happy to support your fellow team members when necessary in this hands on role.
