We are currently recruiting for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a really friendly practice based in Ashford, Kent on a full time, permanent basis. Our client is looking for an experienced RVN to join their team as their Head Veterinary Nurse for their fantastic practice.
The Practice:
The practice is a 100% small animal accredited training practice that is well equipped with the usual gadgets and toys (including bair huggers, heat pads, infusion pumps, syringe drivers, pulse oximeters, capnograph & blood pressure monitors). The practice has a great track history, with a list of amazing reviews and ratings.

The Role and Candidate:
This is a full-time permanent role, where you will be working 40 hours per week and this will include working 1 in 3 weekends.
The role will involve all aspects of nursing as well as the day-to-day running of the practice. This position provides you with the opportunity to develop nursing clinics and use your initiative to promote new ideas; more responsibilities will form part of this role with full support being provided by the nursing team.
As a Head Veterinary Nurse, you will be responsible for a variety of nursing duties as well as sharing best practices with your team and helping to support and develop the student nurses in your practice.
Previous experience working in a small animal practice is required.
