We are working with an RCVS PSS accredited practice near Mitcham in Surrey that is looking for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join them in a Head Nurse position. This is a full-time permanent role that would suit an RVN with previous experience as a head nurse or working in a senior role ideal and clinical coach experience desired (or willing to train).
The Practice:
This well-established practice offers the full range of veterinary services and facilities including digital X-ray, state-of-the-art anaesthetic monitoring devices, ultrasound, and dental services. The practice pride itself on providing a good work/life balance for staff with a friendly team and clients. They are looking to grow the practice and develop nursing-led clinics and provide high levels of surgical and inpatient care.
The Role and Candidate:
This is a full-time permanent position where you will be working 40 hours per week with 1 in 3 Saturday shifts (08:00-13:00). The shifts are between the hours of 08:00-18:30 with no out of hour requirements, supporting a good work/life balance.
If you are an experienced RVN that takes pride in delivering excellent patient focussed care as well as supporting your team and clients and would like to use your RVN skill to the full then this could be the role for you.
You must be RCVS registered veterinary nurse with previous as a head nurse or working in a senior role, ideally, you would have clinical coach experience desired (or willing to train)
The Package:
In return for your hard work and dedication, our client is offering an excellent package that includes:
- Salary: £28,000-£34,000 per year depending on experience
