Permanent Head Veterinary Nurse - Barnet, North London
We are working with a client in Barnet, North London that is looking to recruit a full-time Registered Veterinary Nurse to join them in a permanent Head Nurse role. Joining our clients' professional, personable team in the practice, you’ll deliver exceptional care by going beyond consulting to listen and empathising, putting patients and clients first, always.
The Practice:
This is a well-established and thriving branch that is seeking a confident HRVN with excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. The nursing team will be led by the successful candidate completing their nursing team of four, as well as dedicated reception/admin colleagues.
With a high volume of bonded clients, the practice has a very busy caseload. Facilities include separate dog and cat wards, theatre, digital x-ray, dental machine, and front of house pet boutique. It also benefits from 24-hour support and OOH care from our award-winning 24-Hour hospital with access to CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Endoscopic and Laparoscopic facilities, plus much more!
The Role and Candidate

This is a permanent role where you will be working 40 hours per week with 1 in 6 weekend shifts, to be worked at the 24-hour hospital, as well as a fair share of the bank holiday and on-call duties.
The Remuneration Package:
This role offers a competitive salary, depending on experience - the benefits on offer include:
