Services/Facilities: RCVS accredited with a separate cat-only clinic. Their practice has been caring for pets for over 50 years, and they pride themselves on providing the very best care and service for clients and their pets.
Role: They are looking for a full-time Lead Registered Veterinary Nurse (Lead RVN). The purpose of this role is to maintain an overview of the nursing team and provision of patient care across the team that you lead. You will work closely with the Clinical Nursing Manager (CNM) to achieve this aim.
Hours: This is a full-time role with weekend work required on a shared rota basis.
Skills/Exp: If you are looking to progress into a leadership role, then this could be a great opportunity for you. Although 95% of the role is clinical, there will be development and progression of your skills in a leadership capacity. They are looking for a Lead RVN to provide clear leadership to the nursing community within the clinic but your interests and desires to develop will be supported and encouraged.
