We are working with a client with a well-equipped small animal practice in Warrington that is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join them as their Lead Vet. This is a permanent full-time role that would suit an experienced vet who enjoys all aspects of first opinion practice,

The Practice:

This practice is well equipped with ultrasound, radiography, in house laboratory, laparoscopy, and a separate cat clinic. The practice also has access to nearby hospital practice allowing easy access for CT scans and out of hours care.

The Role and Candidate:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join a lovely practice in Warrington.

Our client is looking for a Lead Vet who can fulfill the full potential of the surgery and build on the service currently available. This role would suit an experienced vet who enjoys all aspects of first opinion practice. The successful candidate would need to have exceptional communication skills and enjoy dealing with clients. Some management or natural leadership experience would be beneficial.

You will be working alongside an experienced vet and head nurse and a team of support staff.

This role is full time working 39 hours per week over 4 days giving you a great work/home life balance. Weekends will be 1:3 half weekends at Warrington.
