Permanent Lead Veterinary Surgeon - Lincoln
We are working with a small animal veterinary practice in the Lincoln area that is looking for a full-time Veterinary Surgeon to join them on a permanent basis. Our client is seeking a Lead Veterinary surgeon to come and join their practice who can lead a team and develop a new practice with the help of an experienced branch partner.

The Role and Candidate:
They are looking for an experienced vet with a client-oriented approach and excellent communication skills, work to a very high standard both medically and surgically and have the drive and ambition to develop this practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of small animal practice experience. The role is full-time, working a 4-day week and 1 in 3 weekends giving you an excellent work-life balance.
This exciting opportunity has arisen in a brand new purpose-built practice in Lincoln for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our clients' team. They are seeking a Vet who really wants to make this practice their own helping to lead a team and to develop this new practice with the help of a Branch Partner and a supportive team of RVN’s and Vets. You will join a continually growing region of practices with shared skill sets supported by a strong regional team including a Regional Director and Area Manager there to fully support this practice and the team.
The Remuneration Package:
In return, our client is offering an excellent package that includes:
- Salary up to £65,000 dependent on experience
- Accommodation Allowance £6,600
- Vehicle or vehicle allowance of £2,500
- CPD allowance £1,500 plus 3 days CPD
- VDS, RCVS, BVA fees paid
- 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays
