Permanent Lead Veterinary Surgeon - Nottingham

We are working with a practice in Nottingham that is looking for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join them on a full-time basis.

The Practice:

This is a lovely friendly practice and you will be working with another vet and 4 support staff. The practice is less than 20 minutes from Nottingham city centre with great transport links to the M1 and East Midlands airport.

The Role and Candidate:

Joining the professional, personable team in the practice, you'll deliver exceptional care by going beyond consulting to listen and empathise, putting patients and clients first. You will have the drive and ambition to develop the practice client base, ensuring high standards of care are always delivered. As a qualified MRCVS, you'll already have good experience gained in small animal practice. You'll be competent in clinical examination and surgery and confident working sole charge or as part of the wider team. Sharing the values of being trustworthy, caring, and progressive, you will have all the softer skills essential to working effectively and empathetically, such as good communication skills, mediation experience, and the ability to share knowledge and lead by being an outstanding, positive example to others. This is a full-time role working 39 hours per week with weekends on a rota of either 1 in 6 full weekends or 1 in 3 half weekends.

The Package:
