We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a small animal Veterinary Surgeon to start at a friendly practice in Blackpool, Lancashire, on a part-time basis.
The Practice
Our client offers the latest state-of-the-art equipment, to ensure prompt diagnoses and the most effective treatments. Their purpose-built, modern surgery has been designed to industry-leading standards and has state of the art equipment including in-house operating theatre and laboratory, digital x-ray, specialist dental equipment, and much more. Their highly trained veterinary surgeons and nurses are kept constantly updated on the latest innovations and protocols. They offer a full range of treatments from health checks to emergency operations and they are always committed to providing exceptional veterinary services.
The Role and Candidate:
This role is part-time over 3 full days per week, including 1 Saturday in 2 and no OOHs. Our client offers a supportive and friendly working environment with a great established team. The successful applicant will have a good general surgical and medical background, be confident with sole charge, work well within a team, and be keen to learn. There will be an opportunity for overtime and they will require you to be flexible for holiday cover.
