Permanent Part-Time Veterinary Surgeon - Stratford-upon-Avon

Facilities: They now have a bright and spacious purpose-built practice with state-of-the-art equipment. They have built an excellent reputation locally and see a varied caseload from their loyal client base.

Role: Are you an enthusiastic small animal vet looking for a new challenge?

Hours: This a part-time role, 25-30 hours per week, including 1 in 3 weekends, with occasional sole charge, but no OOH.

Sole Charge: They are looking for a vet who is comfortable working sole charge when necessary

Support: They take the care of their colleagues just as seriously. They are a friendly and close team who are looking forward to welcoming a new colleague into the practice. Applicant Requirements:

  • They are looking for a motivated, experienced vet who wants to have real input in the practice and help stay at the forefront of clinical thinking while maintaining their ethos of putting pets first. 
  • The right candidate must have good surgical and medical skills, some experience in emergency surgery, and also be an excellent communicator.
  • They will offer you the opportunity to gain a wide range of all-around responsibilities in the practice, including sole charge, so you must be confident in routine surgery and consultations.
  • If successful you will be joining a team dedicated to providing high-standard care for patients and their owners.
