Role: Due to continued growth our lovely client is looking to recruit a Practice Manager who has proven leadership and motivational abilities to help take their next steps with the practice.
Duties: This role will cover all Practice Manager responsibilities and they are looking for someone who demonstrates strong leadership abilities and is able to promote effective communication with a can-do and problem-solving attitude. Balancing empathy with professionalism, this individual will possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Hours: This position is a full-time, 40-hour week (Monday – Friday). The role will require a full driving license and access to a car is therefore essential.
Skills/Experience: The successful candidate will be a dynamic individual who is able to help coordinate the smooth day-to-day running of multiple clinics, as well as develop procedures and processes to ensure the practice delivers a first-class service.
