Role: Permanent Referral Veterinary Surgeon Cert SAS

Type: Small Animal

Location: In the beautiful Aberdeenshire area, just north of Aberdeen

Practice: They have spacious, modern, well-equipped premises with large consulting rooms, two states of the art purpose-built surgical suites hosting positive pressure air filtration systems, and a third theatre for contaminated operations.

Facilities: They offer a comprehensive service that includes a fixed CT scanner, DR radiography system, arthroscopy, ultrasound, endoscopy, and a full complement of orthopaedic inventory as well as a visiting MRI. Their anaesthetic protocols regularly include nerve blocks for most orthopaedic procedures.

Team: Their amazing, hardworking team of friendly and supportive staff includes two orthopaedic surgeons, two medical clinicians, a visiting neurologist four Interns, and twelve RVNs with additional qualifications, which includes three dedicated Night Nurses for overnight inpatient care.

Hours: The position is full-time, the exact rota and shifts will be discussed in the interview

Weekends: In line with the rota

Duties: They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Orthopaedic certificate holder to join their multi-discipline Referral Hospital in the North East of Scotland.
