We are working with a client with a practice based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire that is looking to recruit a Registered Veterinary Nurse on a full-time permanent basis.

The Practice:

Our client is a small animal practice with 6 nurses and 5 Receptionists. They like to work as many of their cases up in-house and they have a good client base with many insured clients to facilitate this.

The practice treats a lot of exotic pets but the new candidate is not required to have any knowledge of these and will rarely have to treat them, as they have 2 vets at the practice with a specialist interest. The practice has all the usual toys - digital Xray, ultrasound, endoscopy, in house laboratory, compressed air dentistry, and dental Xray machine. They also have boarding kennels and cattery on-site and a grooming parlour.

The Role and Candidate:

This is a permanent full-time position where you will be working a weekend rota of1 in 5 (Saturday and Sunday) with a day off the week before and the week following the weekend worked, and a half-day off in each of the other 3 weeks.

Day shifts are either 08:00-17:00, 09:30-18:30 or 10:00-19:30 on a rota basis. 

There are no out of hours with this role, as they are referred to VetsNow, giving you a great work/life balance.
