Due to growth, our client is looking for an additional Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their truly independent small animal veterinary practice based near the coast in Devon, near to Exmouth. This full-time permanent role is to join a busy and ambitious practice with a warm and welcoming team.

The Practice:

This practice has been designed around clients and their pets offering outstanding modern health care in a gentle and loving environment. They are equipped with a range of diagnostic and surgical equipment including a digital x-ray machine and a dedicated operating theatre so can perform the majority of procedures in-house. They are determined to be the friendliest and most helpful vets in Sidmouth. They are staffed by a welcoming and knowledgeable team of veterinary surgeons, registered veterinary nurses, and animal care assistants who are dedicated to animal welfare.

The Role and Candidate:

You will be working alongside our clients' other RVNs and student nurses, to help our client deliver their outstanding RCVS SAGP-accredited veterinary care, with the emphasis always on animal welfare and friendly teamwork.

This is a full-time permanent role where you will be working a rota that will include 1 in 4 out of hours and 1 in 4 weekends. This OOHs is easy with the vet taking the phone calls.

You will be a qualified RVN that is keen to develop professionally - You will be passionate about animal welfare and client care - Friendly, smiley, and caring for others - A team player who gets on well with vets and other nurses - Confident in working with technology, including social media
