Permanent Registered Veterinary Nurse - Folkestone

We are working with a friendly practice in Folkestone, Kent, that is looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join them on a permanent full-time basis.

The Practice:

You will be part of a friendly and supportive team made up of 2.5 Vets 3 Nurses 3 Client Care Advisors. They have various levels of experience and fully support each other's interests with one vet a feline medicine certificate holder and another working towards their surgery certificate. They are ideally located for excellent transport links into London, as well as having the Channel Tunnel/Port of Dover on their doorstep, ideal for a quick getaway to Europe. They offer free onsite parking and a bright, air-conditioned surgery built to industry-leading standards. Their great location means they benefit from a good variety of cases and a wonderfully loyal client base. Their well-equipped surgery is purpose-built to industry-leading standards and has state-of-the-art equipment including ultrasound, digital x-ray, internal lab, microscope, and endoscopy.

The Role and Candidate:

The ideal nurse to join the team will be proactive and have solid all-round skills. Key to your success will be your ability to embrace all aspects of the veterinary nurse role, delivering excellent patient and client care. You will be a strong team player and enjoy the variety the role will bring. This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, and will include 1 in 4 weekends with time off in lieu.
