We are working with a friendly well-established multi-disciplinary veterinary referral centre based in Bath, Somerset that is looking for a permanent Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team. Our client has a number of branches and this role is to join their team in Melksham, Wiltshire. Full time and part-time applications will be considered
The Practice:
Our client is a well established multidisciplinary referral centre based in the World Heritage City of Bath, that has facilities including 16 slice Siemens CT, MRI, ultrasound and video endoscopy. Their clinicians have access to same-day reference laboratory testing, specialist image interpretation and are supported by a team of experienced referral nurses that includes diploma holders. Their disciplines include internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, ophthalmology plus soft tissue, orthopaedic and spinal surgery.
The Role and Candidate:
This exciting opportunity is for an enthusiastic and highly motivated RVN to join our clients' friendly team. The position is available for full-time and part-time applicants. The exact working pattern and hours are to be confirmed, however, the role offers flexibility and good/work-life balance to suit you. With this in mind, the role involves 1 in 8 weekends and no out of hours requirements.
A successful candidate would assist the team in providing excellent client and patient care. In addition to the normal clinical nurse duties of anaesthesia, assisting with procedures and clinics, you would be required to oversee some non-clinical tasks to aid the smooth running of the practice.
