  • Are you a passionate and qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse looking for an opportunity to provide exceptional care to animals and their owners?

  • Our client is seeking a dedicated and friendly individual like you to join their team.

  • As a valued member of their practice, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standard of nursing care for their patients.

Hours: The position is full or part-time, with the shift rota being discussed in the interview.

Embrace Your Passion:Your Responsibilities

  • Admit and discharge patients for routine operations.

  • Stay up to date with preventative healthcare and product knowledge to provide accurate advice to clients.

  • Run nurse clinics and provide valuable support to our veterinary surgeons.

  • Ensure proper disposal of clinical waste and adhere to all SOPs in various areas of work.

  • Maintain accurate medical records for clients and patients, including computer updates and forms.

  • Assist in reception duties and communicate effectively with clients.

  • Help train student veterinary nurses and maintain a clean and organized working environment.

  • Be competent in various tasks such as monitoring anaesthetics, venepuncture, and performing routine laboratory procedures.

Salary: Up to £36,000 p/a (DOE) - pro-rata for part-time
