Permanent Registered Veterinary Nurse - Sleaford, Lincolnshire

Location: In the Sleaford area of Lincolnshire

Practice Type: Independently owned Vet group with two medium-sized practice sites

  • Fully electronic practice and machinery (Digital Xray & U/S & In-house bloods etc).
  • They're 1 hour on the train from London. Beach an hour to the East. East Midlands Airport is an hour away if wanted to travel internationally. 

Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join this independent practice with excellent facilities.

Hours: Part-time of more than 24 hours a week / Full-Time ideally. 

  • Full-time would be 4-days a week
  • Weekends on a rota basis
  • No OOHs

Shifts:

  • Weekday patterns are; Early shift is 8 am-4/5 pm and a late shift is 11-7 pm.
  • Rota can be tailored to specific needs if possible
  • Weekends are split between the two sites - one open Saturday 8 am - 1 pm, second open 1 pm-5 pm, and Sunday 10-2 pm (Second site only - temp suspended). Weekends only worked at one site. 
  • Bank holidays on rota with time back in lieu. 

Candidate/Duties:

  • A fantastic opportunity for either a recently qualified registered veterinary nurse or an experienced individual to join this independent group with two practices
  • Both practices have excellent facilities; in-house lab, digital X-ray, ultrasound, dental X-ray, etc. 
  • Both practices are registered student nurse training practices and encourage learning, development, and mentorship. 

Salary: They are offering Industry Pay above the regional average DOE
