Our client is looking for a pioneering small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Practice:

This is a purpose-built practice and whilst it is run as an independent practice, you will have the full support of hospital facilities and expert knowledge from the first opinion day and night teams and the referral services.

The Role and Candidate:

Growing and maintaining your client base will be a key element of your responsibilities. Our client is seeking a pioneering small animal Veterinary Surgeon who has the vision and the dynamism to create an environment of success. With proven experience in small animal care, you will have a good working knowledge of core clinical procedures and will provide excellent client care. You will be working sole charge at the practice, so you will need to be confident in making decisions. We are looking for a candidate who is RCVS qualified, has experience working with small animals, and great customer service skills. Being the sole charge of the practice, you will also need excellent core veterinary skills as well as the ability to prioritise and delegate where needed. Although not essential, we would also like someone who is keen to develop and grow their own practice with local knowledge of the competitor practices.
